Section 1

Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use and participate on the 786bit platform:

Account Registration and Management

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Passwords must not be shared with third parties. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or email), notify 786bit without delay. If payments are delayed due to outdated or incorrect information, the responsibility lies with the user.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 786bit platform is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank)

Deposited funds must only be used for legitimate gaming activities. Using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of anti-money laundering policy.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. 786bit may request identity verification documents before a withdrawal is completed.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

786bit offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000 (15x wagering required before withdrawal)
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000 (15x wagering required before withdrawal)

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless specifically permitted.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 786bit reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Members across 786bit's four VIP tiers receive regular weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and contribution on the platform. The full terms relating to cashback are published separately and may change at any time.

Section 5

Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on 786bit operate under fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. In the event of a technical error or server failure in any game, the result may be considered void and the stake may be refunded.

5.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game or event. These limits are determined according to the game provider's and platform's policies and may change at any time.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a device problem, 786bit will determine the validity of the transaction according to its records. 786bit is not responsible for losses caused by the user's device or connection issues.

5.4 Sports Betting

Individual event rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports. If a match is cancelled, stakes are generally refunded, although different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786bit platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards or harassment of other users.
• Playing games on behalf of or for minors (under 21 years of age).
• Evading the verification process using a false identity or forged documents.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by the user's internet disconnection or device failure.
• Account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.

• Service disruption due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable causes.

In any circumstance, 786bit's maximum liability will be limited to the user's active account balance.

If a conflict arises between the Bengali and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
